My Life Beyond Debt is a consumer education platform and program operated by Legacy Agent, LLC through MyLifeBeyondDebt.com. Information submitted through this platform, including contact information or responses provided through educational forms, consultations, or resources, is used solely for educational communication, follow-up, and support related to requested services.
Information collected through My Life Beyond Debt is not sold, rented, or shared with non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted by law, necessary to provide requested services, maintain system security, or comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Information Related to Legacy CRM-AMS
Legacy Agent, LLC also operates the Legacy CRM-AMS software platform (“Platform”), a subscription-based customer-relationship and agency-management system available to contracted agents and agencies. Information entered or stored within the Platform—such as client contact details, policy data, notes, and business production information—is used solely to operate and support the services of the Platform.
Legacy Agent, LLC does not sell, rent, or otherwise share any data entered by agents or agencies in the Platform, except as required to provide system functionality, maintain security, or comply with applicable law. Agents and agencies retain ownership of their own client and policy data and may request data exports or deletion upon termination of their Platform access.
All data transmitted or stored through Legacy CRM-AMS is protected by secure, encrypted connections and housed on Microsoft Azure servers located in the United States.
Our Privacy Protection Procedures
We protect information about you from unauthorized access. Our employees and agents receive training regarding our privacy policies, and access to information about you is restricted to those individuals who need such information in order to provide products, services, or educational support. Examples of activities requiring access to personal information include underwriting, claims processing, reinsurance, policyholder service, and educational follow-up.
We employ secure technologies to safeguard the transmission of information through our websites and maintain procedures designed to comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations regarding the security of personal information.
