LifeScape Joint Whole Life will be discontinued as of October 15, 2019. Applications will be accepted if signed and dated by October 15, 2019 and received by Assurity by October 31, 2019. The illustration and E-app systems for LifeScape Joint Whole Life will no longer be available after October 15.
