The Earn As You Learn Pathway

The mentorship program follows a structured progression that allows agents to develop competence through real case participation. Each stage builds experience, confidence, and communication skill while maintaining the integrity of Infinite Banking strategy.

Stage 1 – Immersion

3–5 Issued Policies

Observe live strategy consultations, review case design structure, and participate in post-case discussions.

Compensation:
70% Leadership / 30% Agent

Stage 2 – Guided Participation

1–5 Issued Policies

Begin leading portions of client conversations while assisting with strategy explanation and objection handling.

Compensation:
60% Leadership / 40% Agent

Stage 3 – Supervised Lead

3+ Issued Policies as Lead

Conduct consultations as the primary presenter with structured support and case review from the Leadership Council.

Compensation:
Transitional split (typically 50/50 or case-specific)

Stage 4 – Independent Consultant

Operate independently within the Legacy platform while maintaining access to leadership support for complex strategy cases.

Compensation:
Full personal contract commission

Advancement Philosophy

Progression through the mentorship pathway is based on a combination of experience, communication confidence, and demonstrated competence in applying Infinite Banking strategy responsibly.

Advancement is not determined by policy count alone. It reflects readiness to lead conversations, structure cases appropriately, and serve clients with clarity and professionalism.

Movement between stages is determined collaboratively between the agent and the Leadership Council.
