Mentorship Pathway: Earn As You Learn
The mentorship program follows a structured progression designed to develop competence through real case participation.
Each stage builds experience, confidence, and communication skill while maintaining the integrity of the Infinite Banking strategy.
This pathway allows you to:

- Develop confidence in communication and strategy delivery
- Gradually transition into leading your own consultations

Stage 3 – Supervised Lead
3+ Issued Policies as Lead
Conduct consultations as the primary presenter with structured support and case review from the Leadership Council.
Compensation:
Transitional split (typically 50/50 or case-specific)
Stage 4 – Independent Consultant
Operate independently within the Legacy platform while maintaining access to leadership support for complex strategy cases.

Full personal contract commission
